Team Phoenix Headquarters

This is the main base for Team Phoenix. This Headquarters is hid deep in the waters of the Sinnoh Region. It is a enormous building that stays stationary in the middle of the wide ocaen due to a type of parcel under it. The members of this team get a special type of water suit to come down here but as soon as they reach the headquarters they can take it off. Inside it has a futuristic feel to it, there is silver and chrome all over. Team Phoenix uses all types of pokemon. You cannot swim to get here you have to use a move called dive and if you are a member and you don't have any pokemon that can use it you can just called the leader on your pokenavigator and he will assist you.
