The First Tower
This is the shortest tower. This tower is flooded from the ocean. The currents are violent within the structure. Only trainers with Pokemon that know how to use Surf are able to pass the first floor to the platform that will carry them up to the second floor. Be warned as many powerful water Pokemon reside here, and they will not hesitate to attack.
